Refund policy

POLICY

Please inform us via email at prior to sending any items back.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange*. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging**. Please note that we cannot cover postage for return shipments. Towels and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

*Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be refunded or exchanged.
**Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return or refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 4 weeks.

WRONG ADDRESS

If the item is not delivered due to an error in the address provided, and the package is returned to us by the postal service, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping fee. The cost of the item will be credited once we receive the returned package. We will contact you upon receipt.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
